Day wise Skiing Trainning Program Schedule:

 

Day 1 : Reporting at Auli Hostel / Lodges.
Reporting and registration

 

Day 2 : Skiing Introduction& Balancing on skis
Classes will begin at 9:30 am. There will be no Theory classes. The instructor will teach you basic snowplough turns aka “Pizza” or “V” from the top of the slope.Every day your class will end at 2:00 pm. Back to room lunch and enjoy the rest of the day. Dinner and stay

 

Day 3: Breakfast walk to ski slopes. Today the instructor will focus on your speed, turns, control and check your use of the ski lift. Back to room lunch and later dinner.

 

Day 4: Breakfast and ski slopes which are steeper and longer today. The instructor will focus on your body positioning and parallel turns (where you bring your legs parallel to each other without much spacing between the two and ski down). Back to room lunch and later dinner.

 

Day 5: Breakfast and walk toward the gentle ski slopes of auli. After mustering up enough confidence and skill, on day 5 we take little steeper than the bunny and intermediate slopes. The instructor will focus on your speed, body positioning, and control on steeper slopes.After completion, you will be honored with a certificate. Lunch and dinner

Air: For those travelling by air, the nearest airport is Jolly Grant, Dehradun, 273 km from Joshimath, 17 km from Rishikesh
Rail: Coming from any part of India, the nearest rail head is Haridwar 299 km from Auli.
Road: Auli is only 13 km drive from Joshimath. State transport and Union buses play regularly between Joshimath and Rishikesh (253 km).

If cancelled before 30 days of start date – 85 % refund
If cancelled before 20 days of start date – 75 % refund
If cancelled within 20 days to 15 days of check-in – 50% Refund
If cancelled within 15 days of check-in date or for no show – No Refund

 

Note: If any program will be cancelled due to Natural Calamity / Government Restriction / Cancellation of Permission or any other reasons , Auli Skiing will be accountable only for program fees and not other expenses which participants have made for joining the program.
